Shipping policy

At Modern Elevation, we aim to ship your shoes as efficiently as possible, and clarity and reliability are of the utmost importance to us. These shipping ranges, combined with timely tracking updates and clear support channels, reflect our commitment to giving you a premium experience.

From time to time, a seasonal fulfillment pause may be in effect. If your order is affected, you will be notified at checkout and via email confirmation.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • If extra checks or inventory sourcing are needed, we’ll let you know.
  • All shoes are inspected and packaged securely before shipment - our standard for quality control.

Shipping Delivery Time Estimates

The following estimated delivery windows begin once your order ships (following our 1–3 business day processing period). 

Economy:

  • U.S. (Domestic): 9–12 business days
  • Canada: 9–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 9–12 business days
  • Other International: 12–15 business days

Priority:

  • U.S. (Domestic): 5–9 business days
  • Canada: 5–9 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5–9 business days
  • Other International: 10–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs, or carrier conditions outside our control. Available shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout based on your location and order total.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Address & Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. Provide a valid street address.
  • If your address is incorrect and the package is returned, restocking or additional shipping fees may apply. Further, we are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • You can request an address change before the item ships by emailing support@modernelevation.com. Changes after shipment are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.
  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are not able to issue a refund. The order will be considered abandoned by the carrier and cannot be returned to us.
  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the shipment. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue the contents.

Delays & Lost Shipments

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first to check with your local delivery office. Lost package claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery scan.
  • We strive to meet estimated times, but delays may occur. If your tracking shows no update beyond 15 business days, please contact us at support@modernelevation.com with your order number. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship the order at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

Multiple Shipments

  • If your order’s items ship from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. Each parcel will have its own tracking.
